PPL0045 The Palace is situated 60 km from Wroclaw (Breslau). It was built round 1888.

Its shape decorated with many turrets and ornamental details resembles medieval castles and defensive buildings. There are two towers: • round one on the front side • and second one - 5-storey  on the park side.

The building is in good technical condition. Till 2004 it was the ownership of National Treasury.

It was used as sanatorium by the Home Office. The property has not been used for 4 years.

There are maintenance and repair works if necessary. The whole property is protected twenty-four seven.

The building has got two floors and newly constructed 3rd floor - attic. The living surface is 1.

980m² and cubic measure 7.350m³.

There is a basement under the whole building. There are original wooden panelling and parquet.

In the ballroom, there is also a fire-place from the XIX century.  The rooms on the first floor and the attic are equipped with showers/bathrooms and toilets.
